After Little League, your area may have competitive divisions for teenagers that serve as preparation for high school baseball. "Junior League," which is open to boys and girls ages 12-14, focuses on advancing players skills from Little League. "Senior League" is for boys and girls ages 13-16 and is tailored for older, more advanced players.​

The game is played on standard diamond with 90' base paths and a 60'6" pitching distance, although modified field dimensions may be used during the regular season.
